Le Hamburger suprême

Hé oui,

Je m’incline sous la pression, voici ma recette pour mon Hamberger suprême:

1 lb de veau haché
1 cuil. à table de chapelure italienne
1 oignon finement haché
1 cuil. à table de sauce Worcestershire
1 oeuf cru
1 cuil. à table d’épice à bifteck (Montréal)

Mélangé le tout dans un bol.

Faire cuire sur votre BBQ préféré.

Ben non, mais je me demandais bien qui serait le premier à soulever la question...

En fait, j'ai fait 4 hamburgers avec la livre de viande.
